With a decade in hospitality sales and a background in aesthetics, Kati passionate about helping create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Her work bridges the creative and the commercial—collaborating with interior designers, purchasers, and developers to deliver custom pieces that balance artistry, practicality, and brand identity. Every project tells a story, and she's here to ensure the details speak just as eloquently as the design itself—all while staying true to budget, timeline, and vision.

Kati's other passions include roller skating, hiking with Mona and curling up with a good book.

MEET KATI fahland

With two decades of experience in the commercial interior design industry, Anne began her career as a hospitality interior designer before co-founding Parker Resource Group. Drawing on her creativity and passion for innovative design, she works closely with customers to develop custom products that elevate their spaces and positively impact the guests who spend time in them.

Outside of the office, Anne enjoys gardening, catching up on podcasts, and spending time on the boat with her husband and two young children.

Our resident bundle of energy and joy. Kati's dog is endlessly active, always up for an adventure, and never misses a chance to make new friends. Whether she’s chasing a ball, exploring the outdoors, or curling up for a well-earned nap, she brings warmth and love to every moment. Her enthusiasm keeps us on our toes—and reminds us daily to lead with heart and playfulness.

MEET mona

Lucy is a little spark plug of nerves and energy who's convinced she is our guard dog but this pint sized pup is really best at her world class lapdog snuggles.

When she's at home with Anne, she enjoys a long walk, chasing squirrels, a special treat or a cozy nap with her favorite humans.

In 1994, Geri started a small independent representation firm called GHC Associates. Her warm, friendly and professional approach led to much success and in 2005, she hired Anne to help the business continue to grow while still offering the best possible service to her clients. They became partners in 2012.

Shortly before Geri's well-deserved retirement in 2016, Kati Fahland (Anne's sister!) came aboard and PRG was born. Geri's tireless work and nurturing spirit laid the foundation for PRG to thrive and her influence is still seen today in everything we do.

Geri is a lover of all things outdoors. She's the proud mother of 2 impeccable grown children and more recently became a grandmother. Geri loves to garden, golf, try new restaurants with friends, relax at her beautiful lake cabin and travel the world with her husband, Paul.
